

About Francisco
Francisco Gonzalez is the founder and CEO of Fearless Journeys.
As host of the Agents of Innovation podcast since 2015, Francisco has had engaging conversations with over 155 entrepreneurs, philanthropists, and artists. He is passionate about connecting people with role models, mentors, and stories of entrepreneurial journeys to learn from.
Francisco is the author of two books: The American Dream is a Terrible Thing to Waste: 100 Agents of Innovation Share Their Fearless Journeys in Today's Economy, Volume 1, and The Heart of the American Dream: 100 Agents of Innovation Share Their Fearless Journeys in Today's Economy, Volume 2.
Born and raised in South Florida, Francisco has traveled to 34 countries and 48 U.S. States. Through his journeys, he has learned that travel helps us get out of our comfort zone and allows us to see the world from a fresh perspective. It emboldens the mission of the innovative soul.
A student of history with degrees from Florida Atlantic University and the University of Maryland, Francisco has served in leadership roles for three nonprofit educational organizations. Since 2021, he has been a visiting professor at the Universidad Francisco Marroquín in Guatemala City, where he teaches courses on entrepreneurship and innovation.
In addition to leading Fearless Journeys, Francisco is also the Executive Director of the Economic Club of Miami and teaches economics courses at the South Bay and Moore Haven correctional facilities in South Florida. There are few places Francisco won't go to help give life to the entrepreneurial mind.
